I was born in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

I moved to London when I was 18, where I studied and taught before moving further south to Brighton & Hove.

I am Mum to two adult daughters and my dog (Ena), and Nana to our wonderful Grandson. I live near to Hove seafront with my husband of many years.

In 2022, I decided to follow my heart and train in massage; a magical therapy that I believe has a strong place in supporting wellbeing, physical and mental/emotional health. In 2024, I then began training in Reflexology - a powerful treatment that supports the body's own healing processes.

I have created a beautiful space on Hove seafront where you will immediately relax and be put at ease to get the full benefits of your therapy.

I am fully committed to providing the very best service and am voluntary regulated, keeping training up-to-date and relevant.

I am a proud member of the Macmillan Volunteer Team at The Horizon Centre in Brighton. You'll find me there every Wednesday offering complementary therapy to those living with cancer.
