♡ New treatment space in BN5 coming soon - no more availability in Hove until Sep 2026 - follow on Instagram for updates ♡
How do I book my treatment?
You can book using my online system using the button above. If you can't find a suitable date/time, please message me directly and I will always do my best to accommodate you. Please note that appointments in Hove are limited as this is not my main treatment room.
Please be aware that appointments are currently very limited as my new treatment room is under construction. Keep checking back and I will hopefully be back to normal by October 2026.
How do I pay for my treatment?
A secure payment link will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp the day before your appointment. You can also pay in person by card or cash after your treatment, or online through the booking system. All major cards are accepted.
If you have a Gift Card, please bring it with you to your appointment, or send me the full Gift Card number beforehand so I can add the credit to your account.
What should I expect when I arrive for my treatment?
On arrival, we will complete a full consultation to ensure your treatment is tailored to your needs. For returning clients, we will review your previous treatment and adjust the next session accordingly.
What should I expect during my treatment?
I will explain what to expect based on your booked treatment and answer any questions you may have. I will ensure you are comfortable both before and during your session.
Where do I change and which clothing should I remove?
At my main treatment room, a private bathroom is available for you to change. At The Space, I will leave the room whilst you change. For massage therapy, you will be asked to remove clothing down to your underwear. For MLD and reflexology, comfortable clothing should be worn.
Is the treatment painful?
I am a firm but gentle massage therapist and do not believe in causing unnecessary pain. I work with your body, muscles, and soft tissue in a way that encourages relaxation and effective treatment. The aim is to help your body shift into the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state, which is less likely to occur if excessive pressure causes your muscles to tense.
What should I do after my treatment?
Try to drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated, avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day, and allow your body time to rest and respond to the treatment.
Where should I come for my treatment?
You will be sent a confirmation email which details where to come. You will also receive a reminder the day before your treatment.
Please be aware that appointments are currently very limited as my new treatment room is under construction. Keep checking back and I will hopefully be back to normal by October 2026.
If you have a question that isn't answered on this page, please feel free to message me here.
